Payment means
30% advance payment. 70% will be paid after approve the machine trial but prior to shipment.
Warranty
One year warranty period. The only promise is that the user must not violate the operation regulations. The parts are limited to screw, barrels, inverter motor, temperature meters and AC contactor. Regular wearing parts is not included.
Inspection method
Machine will be installed and tested in YAOAN factory, but testing material will be paid by buyer.
Installation and training
The seller can dispatch technicians to give necessary guidance at the installation and training workers at the buyer’s factory. The buyer will pay for related charges for technician, like round trip air ticket, visa fee, food, accommodation and insurance. First 10 days is free service, yaoan company will pay salary to technician. If machine is ready and customer want service more than 10 days, customer needs to pay USD100/day/technician.
Delivery time
60 working days after we receive the advance payment.
